Aaaaaaa I can't believe it's happening! I've been keeping up with the leaks for months now, but it's still amazing to finally see screenshots nonetheless.

This could actually recapture the spirit of classic Spyro. Finally.

I like skylanders. There's never been a reason they couldn't co-exist, but it was pretty obvious Imaginators was something of a swan song, being that the only toys 2 life gimmick that gets a pass now is Nintendo because they're Nintendo, even though they're as useful as cereal box toys

Anyway, aaaaaaaaaaaaaa Spyrospyrospyro!1!1!11!! I remember being about 4 or 5 or 6 when the original released. Like most Playstation IPs, it was one of the reasons I even started caring about gaming. PSX was my first console I owned that wasn't from my relatives' attic, and along with Croc, Mega Man 8, Einhander, FF7, Crash 2 and X-men Vs. Streetfighter, was one of my first games (I didn't really explore 16 or 8bit gaming from a real perspective outside of playing around with Battletoads, SM1-SMW, KDL3 and SNES Star Wars and Genesis Maximum Carnage and Sonic 2 until older because 2D gaming confused me.)

This is way more important than crash to me. With crash trilogy new graphics were more a novelty, but with spyro the aesthetics are gonna factor more into immersion. Already looks pretty and I'm hype girl

It looks really, really good, from what I've seen! I'm also in the same hype-train as Vapor, and plan to do a speed run of either Spyro 1 or 2 later this month
It's a shame that I currently still lack a Switch- thus I can't get either Crash or Spyro's remasters...

sparx looks like a complete doofus

But I've always wanted to play the original games because I always felt Enter the Dragonfly wasn't quite what Spyro was supposed to be, and the GBA games definitely aren't capable of properly representing 3D space for that kind of game (I love Season of Flame though).
